Upstairs the cottage has two double bedrooms and sleeps four in total. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower with WC, wash hand basin and shaver point. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes, and ample storage space. There is a separate bathroom with, bath, hand basin, WC, bidet, heated towel rail and shaver point.
Downstairs has a spacious lounge, comfortably furnished with CTV, video and DVD.
This brings us to the kitchen, which is superbly fitted with oak units. There is a halogen cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dish washer, electric kettle, toaster and iron. Ample work surfaces and all the utensils and crockery one could possibly need. The large dining area comfortably seats 4/6.
Piglet Place has its own garden, with covered patio with laundry room leading off, barbeque and swimming pool which is solar heated during the summer. There is off road parking, and burglar alarm security if required.
