When you have chosen your holiday date, it is advisable to telephone first to make a provisional booking, to avoid disappointment.

   
  • On receipt of the completed Booking Form, and a deposit of £100, confirmation will be sent to you in writing. An additional £100 returnable deposit is also required when booking. This is for breakages/breech of the Terms & Conditions. This will be returned within two weeks after your stay.

  • Six weeks prior to your stay, (time permitting), the remainder of the rental should be sent without a reminder.
    •  
  • At this time you will receive travel directions, if you need them, and we will be happy to make any special arrangements for you, i.e. shopping, etc.

  • The property and the use of its facilities are to be used only for the agreed holiday dates, and by the named person(s) on the Booking Form. Any deviation will be considered a breech of the Terms & Conditions.

  • The deposit, and thereafter the full rental once paid is non-refundable,  if the holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of commencement.
    •             
  • If you would like details of a Holiday Insurance Package, including a full refund of all monies, we can send it to you on request, at the time of Booking.
